Providing exceptional care and attention to every detail.
Lee S. McCullough, III, began working in estate planning since 1996 while attending Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School. He was then trained by two estate planning experts, his uncle, Craig F. McCullough, and his father, Lee S. McCullough, II.
In 2006, Lee started his own practice–McCullough Law–and has since built it from the ground up. He prides himself in being able to find simple solutions to complex issues. Lee has taught advanced estate planning at J. Reuben Clark Law School for over 20 years.
In 2017, Lee hired Liz Hokanson and Ashlynn Bowen, who have helped to expand the team and elevate the client experience. What began as a single-attorney practice has now grown into a firm of professionals dedicated to building, securing, and fulfilling each client legacy.
